And Sammy was able to pinpoint areas that we could do some things differently that would appeal more towards short term renters and draw them into our property from a design aspect that was a great compliment to our current mid term rental design. Kingdom Kribs offer a special, one of a kind experience. Not only was the property in an ideal location for our Air Bnb, but our guests raved about their pool which made for an unforgettable BBQ and football game get together! The flooring in the house, appliances, big flatscreen TV and the layout was so perfect! The backyard offered plenty of space for outdoor living and the biggest Surprise was that the pool had a heater! Can't say enough about our experience with Kingdom Kribs!
